    Good

Found your hotel extremely expensive for an inn. People go to Charlottetown to visit the town and do not spend time at the Inn due to lack of resources. All we got to enjoy is a good night sleep. Found your seat in the lobby not very comfortable.

The room itself was excellent. I am sure that you cater to excellent people but to others I found very normal. I could have had the same at the Delta with a lower price.I Am a member of the Hilton and Best Western and with there upgrade have improved there quality of enjoyment .

pleasant ambiance - lovely rooms - attentive staff.

    Becoming over-priced.

    Superb

The beautifully decorated interior The overall atmosphere The smell(and taste) of the warm cookies The garden The coffee machine in the room

Booked a room with 2 beds, got one with only 1 and a jacuzzi (no major issue, as it was immediately dealt with) Luckily we did not arrive too late and the change was still possible.

I thought this hotel was wonderful. I would highly recommend it. The room was charming and comfortable. The staff friendly and helpful. Everything about it made you feel at home. The continental breakfast was great, the cookies and coffee/tea available all day and the 5pm wine reception fabulous. They even have turn down serve. The kind of service you get at The Great George is exceptional and well worth it. It would stay here again and again.

My only criticism would of the television which only get about 8 stations. A boutique hotel should offer at least 100 stations or they should dispense with the tv's altogether.

Beautiful linens on the bed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location. Free wifi in the rooms (and everywhere in the hotel) and free parking are great to have.

the service was superb, the concierge in particular excellent

Driving to get to it! The location once in town was superb but the outlying area a disgrace. Too commercial.

I found the staff very helpful, they made us feel very much at home. They make home-baked cookies everyday. They are usually chocolate chip. My husband loves chocolate but gets migraines, one young man, Matt, was making the cookies and very kindly made part of a patch with only white chocolate, then delivered them to our room. I found this type of service over and above any place we have ever stay. The staff truly made our stay amazing.

It was winter and parking was difficult. I don't think this was necessarily a fault on the part of the hotel so much as the amount of snow we had.

It is not a "cookie cutter" hotel. Fabulous character and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. We arrived a day earlier than our reservation. Clearly, it was completely my fault, but they still put us in a suite upgrade for the extra night at our regular room rate. Try getting that at a big chain hotel! The suite they put us in (the stable house) rivals any 5 star hotel I regularly see in the hundreds of nights I spend in hotels for work. The evening free wine and beer is a great touch. The beer is local and very good and the wine is not some cheap house wine. It was recomended by a friend and now is the top of my "must visit" list for friends who ask.

Have thought long and hard and can't come up with one thing I didnt like.

Comfort, surroundings and attitude and helpfulness of staff. Will definitely return and recommend the hotel. The houses we used were very well appoined and well cared for - in fact catered for all our needs and more. We liked the idea of the drinks and cookies between 5 and 6. We should not single out members of staff but we had most to do with Maria, Garrick and the lady in the kitchen who all made our holidy so enjoyable. Thank you all very much.

Nothing at all we could find to dislike -everything was perfect for us.

The overall ambiance and the attention granted to all details. I thought the welcoming drinks and the home made cookies available in the main lobby of the hotel were great attentions.

Upon arrival, I was informed that the room we were to occupy was in another building. I was not made aware there were 18 buildings where Great Georges rooms were available. Perhaps the website can mention this in a more clealy manner, if it does. We were expecting a "victorian room" and we got a modern (and yes, I agree very comfortable) room.
